A warm welcome to Fords Farm
Fords Farm is set in the heart of the village of Ewelme, famous for its C15th church, Almshouses and school - a visit that should not be missed if you have time to relax and walk around this bit of true old England.
The farmhouse, which is set in the grounds of an attractive garden, looks on to the Tudor brick primary school.
The house provides spacious and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast is served in a dining room with an inglenook fireplace.
Ewelme is very convenient for those wishing to go sightseeing in the Cotswolds, Stratford, Oxford, Windsor or London. Healthrow is also easily reached from here and there is a train service from Didcot, Oxford and Reading which links up to most parts of the country. It is also convenient for those visiting Benson R.A.F.
The River Thames is also a favourite for the tourist - there is Henley Regatta, which takes place in early July each year and is world renowned. There are plenty of walks along the Thames Path, for thos energetic people wishing to go out on foot. The Ridgeway is also closeby.
After a day's sightseeing or returning to Fords Farm after a hard day at the office, there are several good pubs and restaurants to choose from in the locality where you can relax and unwind.

How to find us
From London / Heathrow
- From London, M4 West for Oxford
- Leave M4 at junction 9, take A4130 to Henley
- Go through Henley on the A4130 to Oxford
- After approximately 8 miles, take right turn sign-posted to Ewelme
- Continue ¾ mile, turn right and very quickly take the left fork
- At T-junction, turn right - entrance 10 yards on right - opposite school
From the North
- M40 to junction 6
- B4009 to Watlington
- Continue on the B4009 through Britwell Salome, then take a left turn sign-posted Ewelme
- At T-junction with a pond on left-hand side, turn left
- After 100 yards you will pass a right hand turn signposted Henley / Crowmarsh, Fords Farm is a further 20 yards along on the right
