A warm welcome to Poletrees Farm

We welcome couples or familys to Poletrees Farm, sitting in its wooded valley. This working family farm provides spacious comfortable accommodation in Double Bedroom (ensuite) cottages for the individual business woman or man. We provide an Early Morning Breakfast, whether on an overnight visit or longer.

The village of Waddesdon is a twenty minute drive away. A visit to the Manor House built by the Rothchilds is worth a visit, then a lovely drive to Waterpenny Gardens for afternoon Tea in the gardens. In July they have their Art in Action week, not to be missed. For the action man, Silverstone is just up the road, 30 minutes away.

The 61 mile Burnwode Jubilee Way long distance footpath, cuts across the farm and is in close proximity to a whole range of heritage features including ancient woodlands, medieval ridge and furrow field systems, historic buildings, and windmills - all a legacy of the former Forest of Bernwode.

London / Heathrow

  • M25 north, junction 16 (Oxford)
  • M40 west, junction 9, (Bicester) **
  • A41 towards Aylesbury, after 6 miles turn right to Ludgershall (1¼ miles)
  • Go right-handed around the village, sign-posted to Brill. Pass the church, over the railway bridge
  • In ½ a mile, road goes sharp left, sharp right - farm is immediately on left

North

  • M1 (or M6 on to M1), junction 15A
  • A43 (past Towcester and Brackley) to Baynards Green B4100 to Bicester
  • From Bicester, follow from**

West

  • M4 junction 13
  • A34 to Bicester
