A warm welcome to Vicarage Farmhouse
A warm and friendly welcome is assured at Vicarage Farmhouse - a fine stone built home with plenty of parking space available in its own secluded and peaceful grounds. The farmhouse offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and of the marvellous 27 hole Kirtlington Golf Course, on which it is located - literally at its heart.
Within the grounds themselves, we have a delightful cottage garden where guests may sit and relax, enjoying the countryside views and beautiful scents of the many flowers planted there. A perfect, quiet and peaceful retreat for writing postcards or reading. For the more adventurous, your hosts are happy to help, advise and recommend places to visit with their local knowledge of the area.
The farmhouse is a totally non-smoking environment and offers very comfortable accommodation in two rooms - both are luxuriously furnished and have their own colour TVs, radios and refreshment trays. Additionally, our double room has private bath facilities and our twin comes with its own wash basin, shared shower room and loo.
Our guests are tempted every morning by our delicious traditional breakfast of orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals, followed by bacon & free range eggs - sourced locally. We also offer toast with home made preserves, and freshly brewed coffee & tea.

- Heathrow & Birmingham are 1¼ hours away, Luton - 1 hour
- M40 north from London, 1st exit at junction 9
- A34 towards Oxford and Newbury
- 2nd exit off A34 signposted B4027 to Bletchingdon
- Follow the road straight through the village
- Approximately 1 mile on, turn right down the A4095 towards Kirtlington and Bicester
- After ¾ of a mile, turn left into Kirtlington Golf Course, follow the road until you see the sign for Vicarage Farmhouse B&B
